  • Commercial Necessity Only: Personal and corporate data is processed strictly to provide architecture roadmaps, execute SOW contracts, and communicate regarding deliverables.
  • No Third-Party Data Monetization: UraanTech never sells, rents, leases, or trades client inquiry data to third-party data brokers or marketing aggregators.
  • Bank-Grade Transport Security: All client communications and web interactions are guarded by TLS 1.3 encryption and automated DDoS mitigation infrastructure.

1. Information We Collect

UraanTech collects information directly from commercial entities and authorized corporate representatives through website forms, direct email correspondence, telephone discussions, and official WhatsApp channels:

  • Corporate Contact Details: Full name, professional work email address, company title, business phone/WhatsApp number, and geographical corporate headquarters.
  • Project Scoping Specifications: Technical architecture requirements, estimated investment parameters, existing technology stack descriptions, and targeted milestone timelines.
  • Automated Telemetry & Security Logs: Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser user agents, referring URLs, request timestamps, and firewall telemetry collected automatically for load balancing, intrusion detection, and DDoS prevention.

2. Lawful Basis & Purpose of Processing

UraanTech processes collected information strictly under legitimate business interests and pre-contractual commercial necessity:

  • To formulate milestone proposals, architectural estimates, resource allocations, and fixed-price Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • To communicate directly regarding ongoing sprints, code check-ins, staging preview links, and invoice settlements.
  • By submitting an inquiry or scheduling a consultation, the Client provides explicit consent for UraanTech engineers and account leads to contact the Client via email, telephone, or official WhatsApp channels regarding their submitted project scope.

3. Zero Foundation AI Model Training Guarantee

UraanTech maintains strict intellectual data sovereignty protocols. We explicitly warrant that no client source code, confidential database schemas, proprietary algorithms, or corporate data provided to UraanTech will be submitted, utilized, or exposed to train, retrain, or fine-tune any public, commercial, or third-party artificial intelligence foundation models (including OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google models). All AI pipeline development for clients is deployed within isolated, single-tenant, private enterprise VPC configurations.

4. Authorized Subprocessors & Cloud Infrastructure Disclaimer

To deliver high-availability engineering services, UraanTech contracts with tier-1, SOC2 Type II, and ISO 27001-certified global infrastructure subprocessors, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Cloudflare (CDN/WAF), GitHub (Version Control), and Meta/WhatsApp (Instant Messaging API). While UraanTech selects enterprise-grade vendors, UraanTech does not control the independent uptime or operational continuity of third-party cloud infrastructure providers and disclaims liability for upstream telecommunication or third-party server interruptions.

5. Security Safeguards & Transmission Disclaimer

UraanTech implements robust industry-standard safeguards, including TLS 1.3 encryption for web transit and AES-256 encryption for internal documentation. However, the Client acknowledges that transmission of data across the public internet can never be guaranteed as 100% impenetrable. Consequently, while UraanTech applies rigorous protective measures, the Client transmits preliminary scoping data and documentation at its own operational risk.

6. Data Retention, Accounting Records & Deletion Rights

Commercial inquiry records, project communications, and financial transaction data are retained for as long as necessary to fulfill active contractual obligations, provide post-release warranty support, and comply with mandatory statutory corporate, tax, and accounting regulations. Commercial clients may request the review, rectification, or permanent deletion of non-essential marketing records by submitting a verified written request to info@uraantech.online.

7. Amendments & Policy Governance

UraanTech reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this Privacy Policy at any time without prior individual notice by publishing the revised version on this website with an updated revision date.
